Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not entered production, pre-production, or shipping. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to a 5% cancellation charge and written confirmation from the customer. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 48 hours. Customised or made-to-order products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions.

The invoice includes applicable transaction details such as product details, quantity, taxes, and billing amount. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeline communicated at the time of purchase. Customised furniture, being made-to-order, may require additional time for manufacturing and delivery. Delivery timelines may vary for certain PIN codes.

Delivery is made to the registered shipping address shown at checkout, subject to the address and any charges communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances such as natural calamities, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen events. We will keep you updated and make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest.

Are there delivery, installation, or extra charges?

Delivery is free for the first delivery attempt to the registered shipping address, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Additional charges may apply for a missed delivery or subsequent delivery visit, weekend or specific-time delivery requests where available, and storage or holding after we hold an order for up to 10 days at the nearest delivery centre. If a service lift is not available, delivery is up to the ground floor, wherever applicable.

Returns or replacements are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or different from the order received. Report any issue within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. The return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

If your order is eligible for a refund, the process begins after applicable products are collected from your premises. Once products are received and inspected at our facility, the refund is initiated within 2–3 business days. Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method or, where applicable, via NEFT. Any applicable processing, cancellation, or other charges may be deducted.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Inform the delivery team immediately and contact us at info@chaayafurnitures.com within 3 days of delivery. Share clear photographs and, where required, videos, along with your Order ID. For fragile products, an unboxing video is requested when reporting damage or defects. After assessment, we may provide repair, replacement, return, or another appropriate resolution.

What warranty do your products come with?

Our products come with a 36-month warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal household use. The warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship issues that occur during the warranty period.

What isn't covered under the warranty?

Accepted Answer

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; scratches, cuts, accidental or impact damage; incorrect cleaning, installation, assembly or maintenance; water, excessive moisture or improper storage; natural wood movement, grain, joint lines or minor variations; seasonal cracks or minor joint openings; upholstery fabric including normal fading or wear (the warranty applies to the frame and mechanisms, where applicable); harsh chemicals or improper dry-cleaning; minor dimensional variations of up to 2 inches; floor-level variations of up to 5 mm; products relocated from the original delivery location; or installation, assembly or repairs by unauthorised third parties. Coverage may become void if the product is modified, relocated, improperly handled, or repaired or installed by an unauthorised person.

Do you offer an extended warranty?

छाया Furnitures offers an Extended Warranty for the 4th and 5th year on eligible products. It provides the same coverage, terms, conditions and exclusions as the standard 36-month warranty, and applies only where it has been purchased or confirmed for the eligible product.

छाया Furnitures uses reasonable industry-standard security measures to safeguard personal and transaction-related information. Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways. We do not directly store your complete Credit or Debit Card details. Information may be shared only when necessary with trusted service providers, delivery partners or authorised third parties to process orders and support our operations.

The product shown in the image is a reference product. The manufactured product can look different due to lighting, manual polish, wood texture, photography and screen settings. Natural wood may have variations in grain, texture, colour, knots and finish. These natural characteristics should not be considered defects.
