What is your return policy?

Returns or replacements are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or different from the order received. Report any issue within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. The return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging.

How long does a refund take?

If your order is eligible for a refund, the process begins after applicable products are collected from your premises. Once products are received and inspected at our facility, the refund is initiated within 2–3 business days. Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method or, where applicable, via NEFT. Any applicable processing, cancellation, or other charges may be deducted.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Inform the delivery team immediately and contact us at info@chaayafurnitures.com within 3 days of delivery. Share clear photographs and, where required, videos, along with your Order ID. For fragile products, an unboxing video is requested when reporting damage or defects. After assessment, we may provide repair, replacement, return, or another appropriate resolution.
